Prices
All prices on Jane Kønig for delivery in Denmark apply as retail prices and include 25% Danish VAT and are listed in Euro or Danish kroner (EUR/DKK).

Payment
We accept payment with Visa Electron, Visa, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit and JCB. All card payments are effectuated between our encrypted SSL payment system, to ensure safe and reliable payment.

By using our website and making purchases, you accept the terms and conditions contained in Danish law.

We will withdraw money from your card only when your order has been packed and sent.

Confirmation
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Delivery
Postage is free on all orders. All parcels are sent by Post Danmark, UPS or Bring and delivered to your door or to the nearest pickup location. Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number, so you can track the parcel via www.postdanmark.dk or www.ups.com or www.bring.com 

Right to exchange and return your goods
At Jane Kønig you have 30 days’ right to returns from the day you receive your parcel. If you would like to return the goods, you need to send them to Jane Kønig within 30 days from the delivery date.  We will refund your money in your account within 7 days. You pay the postage on any returns.

We recommend you send your return items by parcel post, so that you get a receipt as proof of dispatch! Send return goods to:

Complaints
When shopping on this website you have 24 months’ right to complain. This means that you can get your goods repaired, exchanged, refunded or get a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

Your complaint does of course need to be valid, and any faults found must not be the result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging conduct.

You can complain within a “reasonable timeframe” once you have discovered the fault in the product. If you complain within two months after having discovered the fault, the complaint will always be valid.

If the complaint is valid, we will refund your (reasonable) postage.

If you wish to complain, please complete and enclose it with the order’s returns slip. We recommend you send your return goods by parcel post, so you get a receipt as proof of dispatch!
